| I had a necklace with a large charm givin to me for my birthday, sadly the bail on it broke. I took it to Steve's to have a new bail placed on it. They appearently didn't have one that fit, so they took huge chunks out of my charm to make it fit and didn't smooth it out. It now has weak spots and I fear it breaking. It was silver plated so now you can visibly see the underneath nickle and they soddered the new bail on backwords. Horrible. |
